Project that favored growth and development in the municipality of Mecapaca, a tourist area of La Paz.

PROJECT DATA:

Miradores de Ananta is a private urbanization in the Middle High segment, located south of the city of La Paz, a few minutes from Calacoto. Under a warm climate and a natural landscape, the 8.6 hectares that are part of the urbanization extend. This project is surrounded by nature, beautiful landscapes and a lot of tranquility; where you can enjoy a new lifestyle with your family in a privileged climate, in the city of La Paz.

The urbanization has an extension of 9 hectares and has 170 houses, large green areas and social, sports and recreation infrastructure.

The design of this project is based on two models: minimalist and classic, each one with two facades, both types of homes are perfectly designed and distributed, to enjoy comfortable spaces, with plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the environment that surrounds them. The urbanization.

For its construction, 1,228 m2 of FORSA formwork were used, although at the beginning of the planning of the work the construction with the traditional system was considered, FORSA offered a team for serial (industrialized) construction.

The FORSA formwork equipment was designed for the two types of houses (minimalist and classic), each one with two facades and 3 floors. The design included a special enhancement in the windows, expansions in some walls and stairs for the 1st and 2nd Floor.

Our client, EROSKI, was the first to build a project with FORSA industrialized systems in the northwest of the country, which allowed the daily emptying of floors 1, 2, 3 and the stairs for the two house models.

Significant savings in time and labor were also obtained, such as better quality finishes.
