VIS project that I apply to the program of the Colombian Ministry of Housing: “MI CASA YA”. A work thought of families and their well-being.

PROJECT DATA:

Veleros is a VIS (Vivienda de Interés Social) project that belongs to the Colombian government program: Mi Casa Ya, which favors families with a monetary subsidy to acquire their own home. This open unit apartment project is located in the municipality of Rionegro, in a development sector called Casas del Mar, it will be developed on a 11,800m2 lot, where 6 towers will be built with a total of 176 apartments, consisting of 2 types of apartments, one of 48m2 and the other of 52m2.

For this work, a FORSAPlus duplex unit was required to allow several castings to be carried out over 5 months. The system was adapted to achieve the design of the project and its special details: Hanging beams, concrete sills, slab expansions and vertical expansions on sills, as well for tall panels on the façade. There was also a later cast stair formwork.

BENEFITS FOR THE CUSTOMER: OUR CHALLENGE

Through the FORSA industrialized system, our client, CONTEX, achieved a cleaner work and significant savings in internal patching and façades. Additionally, excellent alignment and lead in the façade was achieved using the high panel.

In addition, the planned times for the execution of the project were fully met, even despite the unevenness of the lot where it was being built.
