PROJECT DATA:

Terrazas de Calicanto, is a closed complex project that won the Fiabci Award in 2019, for the best VIS project in Colombia. It consists of 12 towers with a height from 3 to 12 stories, for its construction 1,200 m2 of FORSAPlus Triple formwork were implemented, its design contributed to the development of the La Carolina sector, a depressed area of Cartagena. This project is defined by the slogan “design and quality have no stratum”, which proves to be a work that favors the owner families.

The FORSA formwork, achieved in the design of the project, finishes such as exposed concrete indoors and paint on concrete outdoors, the expansions of the formwork favored the finish both indoors and outdoors.
