Residencial Millennium 21 of our client PIMENTEL PIÑA Y ASOCIADOS S.A. in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

This work is located within Colinas del Arroyo 2, an urbanization closed on the perimeter, with only one entrance and exit, which guarantees the safety of its inhabitants.

The Residencial Millennium 21 project located in Santo Domingo, is a condominium made up of 2 types of apartments, the first type is for a low segment and the second, for a medium segment, the purpose of this house is to reduce the housing deficit and provide access to the purchase of the first home for low- and medium-income families.

BENEFITS FOR THE CUSTOMER: OUR CHALLENGE

Our client, PIMENTEL PIÑA Y ASOCIADOS S.A. It required a formwork system that would guarantee high yields with the least possible equipment on site. For this reason, FORSA develops through its production team a solution tailored to their needs, where a single team was implemented that allowed the emptying of the work in 4 months. Additionally, the client already had another FORSA team that they managed to adapt to their current team.

The results have been satisfactory, there was a 40% saving in time and costs compared to the traditional block system, in the case of personnel there was a 35% saving in labor.
