PROJECT DATA:

Parque Alto is a VIS (Vivienda de Interés Social) project that is built and sold in stages; It consists of 4 apartment towers of 54.69 m2 (usable area of 48.23 m2) with the possibility of 2 or 3 rooms, the first tower has 208 apartments and the 2nd tower has 180 apartments.

Inside is the administration office, concierge, swimming pool for children and adults, open social room and sports plate on the top floor, and on the outside of this tower, outdoor gym, pet area and playground childish. The apartment towers are equipped with top quality elevators, stairs, fixed points finished with basic finishes, fire network and garbage shut.

For this work, an adapted 540 m2 FORSAPlus unit and a new 290 m2 FORSAPlus unit were required. The project has different thicknesses of 10, 12, 15 and 20 cm, while the beams are unglued.

BENEFITS FOR THE CUSTOMER: OUR CHALLENGE

Our client, PACTAR, achieved through the FORSA industrialized system the emptying of 388 apartments in 12 months, the assembly staff by administration and labor savings of around 30%. In addition, they obtained excellent finishes on the façade without important subsequent auctions.
