It is a project that is located in the Fonticón sector, an area of high residential and commercial development and that presents an important valuation for its owners.

Olivar, is a project that is located in the Fonticón sector, an area of high residential and commercial development and that presents an important valuation for its owners. Olivar facilitates optimizing the time of its inhabitants thanks to its proximity to the main park of the municipality, educational, banking, transport and commerce entities.

The project is made up of 4 apartment towers of 49 m2 and 56 m2 with 2 and 3 bedrooms in a closed unit, with a total of 413 housing units.

For its construction, 805 m2 of Forsaplus duplex equipment were implemented, the project consists of wall thicknesses of 12 cm and 15 cm, its atypical free height is 246 cm, the Forsaplus formwork design has hanging beams, skid on each edge of Slab for the installation of masonry, changes in balconies on different floors and concrete roof with drip on facades.

BENEFITS FOR THE CUSTOMER: OUR CHALLENGE

The project of our client Contex was the first where the FORSA Security System was implemented, complete: walkways, platforms and guardrails, which allowed better performance and greater security for all personnel.

Also thanks to the Forsa Plus system, a contribution was made to comply with the work schedule and the system became a solution to architectural challenges, mainly the Alfajía solution, achieving excellent finishes.
