Here 616 dreams were built!

PROJECT DATA:

The Milan project is a project of social interest that he applied for the “Mi Casa Ya” program of the Colombian Ministry of Housing, a program that seeks to facilitate the acquisition of new housing for the Colombian population. This project was designed with some architectural and aesthetic details that contributed to the urban design of the area, offering well-being and recreation to any socioeconomic stratum.

For this work, 111 m2 of FORSAplus TRIPLEX formwork was required; The design had details such as wavy plate edges on some floors, generating the appearance of waves. Negatives were installed on the top of the building, giving shape to the architectural waves. The balconies of the towers were modulated with the same equipment used for the waves, and in some fixed points and common areas visible concrete can be seen.

The project finishes were recognized by CEMEX
