PROJECT DATA:

Makita Town is an architectural project developed in Querétaro, it is part of the new developments in the Juriquilla sector of the city, it is made up of 50 apartments and 175 houses with 2 and 3 floors, the internal height is 285 cm.

This development combines a new mold for the houses and an adapted mold for the buildings, the work is for medium and medium upper stratum.

Our client, AGICRESA, required formwork systems that would allow it to empty an apartment or house on a daily basis. Additionally, thanks to the Forsa system, modern architectural details with excellent finishes were achieved.
