PROJECT DATA:

Majagua is a project that required 650 M2 of FORSA formwork; The measurements of the apartments are different, there are from 40.15m2 to 79.65m2. It consists of 1,078 housing units with different tower heights: 12, 15, 16,20,24 and 27 floors with hanging beams, its segment is aimed at medium-low housing.

The FORSA team was previously adapted to several construction company projects such as: the Rincón del Bosque project with 1,152 housing units, Aguas Claras with 455 housing units and Trigales with 1,200 housing units. Majagua is characterized by its different typologies and exposed walls with excellent finishes.

Our client, PACTAR DESARROLLAIDOR INMOBILIARIO, had the objective of saving a significant percentage in his labor, and thanks to the FORSA formwork system, he saved 30%. Another challenge was the adaptation of the equipment to an uneven lot, which was accomplished with satisfaction.
