PROJECT DATA

This project is located in the municipality of Girardota near the urban area, it is a country place surrounded by greenery, its design and location is designed for those people who value the environment and enjoy tranquility and security.

Llano Azul is a work in a closed unit of medium upper stratum, consisting of 2-story single-family houses and two-family houses on the first or second level, where green space is the protagonist in each of the blocks of the unit.

The design of this project is modern and functional, the social spaces are integrated and the main access is through a central park, which gives priority to the enjoyment of green areas. It has four types of houses, House type 1 is 113m2, House type 2 is 135m2, the House on the 2nd level is 69m2 and the House on the 1st level is 70m2.

The Forsaplus formwork equipment for this work made it possible to adapt to the design of the project, such as its variable heights between floors and changes in wall thickness. Also, the Forsaplus equipment was designed for the thickness of the slabs, for the beams of sloping roofs and for the beams that were wider than the walls. In particular, there was a complete Security System for each piece of equipment sold.
