PROJECT DATA:

Casa Laguna, is a project designed for today’s families with large outdoor spaces to share in the sector with the highest added value. 5 models of two-level houses and incredible recreational areas around them, its recreational areas are designed for the different stages of a person’s life.

The project consists of a total of 2,900 houses, 450 houses correspond to the Etapa Paradise; In order to achieve the industrialization of the work, a FORSA team was designed for 4 house models that will adapt to the architectural details on the façade and interiors, in turn including the roof eaves that allow an excellent finish to the project and avoids subsequent reprocessing in the traditional way.

In this work, 1,892 m2 of FORSA formwork was used, its special details enhanced the design of the houses, giving them a touch of authenticity.

BENEFITS FOR THE CUSTOMER: OUR CHALLENGE

Our client, RITOFA, achieved through the FORSA system the emptying of 4 daily floors, 2 ground floors and 2 upper floors. The good control of the foundation and the correct assembly of the equipment, has generated as a result a perfect verticality and excellent finishes in its design.

On the part of the client, the adequate cleaning of the equipment was perceived, being reflected in the quality of the work.
