1995
BIRTH: An idea that REVOLUTIONIZED home construction.

FORSA was born in 1995 under the name FORMALETAS DE COLOMBIA LTDA, from the initiative of a group of engineers from Valle del Cauca, with the aim of providing effective support to companies and professionals in the construction sector. They offered a highly productive and profitable construction system that met the demands of modern times. Initially, FORMALETAS DE COLOMBIA LTDA was conceived to serve only the domestic market.

1998
INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION: GUATEMALA, a first and great opportunity.

The first sale abroad was achieved in late 1998 to a prestigious construction company in Guatemala. This country embraced the FORSA® system as a leading solution for housing construction, displacing well-known international formwork brands. This success marked the beginning of FORSA's international recognition and positioned the company as a preferred choice in the construction industry.

1999
NATIONAL IMPACT: Reconstruction of ARMENIA after the earthquake

The company set a precedent that opened doors to many housing projects nationwide, allowing its growth and positioning in the Colombian market. FORSA demonstrated the potential and effectiveness of its industrialized construction system, making a significant contribution to the reconstruction efforts in Armenia after the devastating earthquake. This showcased the company's capabilities and solidified its reputation in the construction industry in Colombia.

2001
MEXICAN MARKET: Challenge in the Construction Boom

FORSA takes on the challenge of conquering one of the most important markets in the Americas: the Mexican market. The company set a precedent that opened doors to many housing projects nationwide, allowing its growth and positioning in the Colombian market by demonstrating the potential and effectiveness of its industrialized construction system. Leveraging the booming construction sector in Mexico and with the support of an excellent team and an innovative construction system, FORSA began to gain market share, earning the privilege of contributing to Mexico's construction industry.

2005
FIRST SALE IN SPAIN: Initiating the conquest of the ASIAN MARKET

In 2005, FORSA successfully entered the Spanish market, marking the beginning of promoting its construction system in Europe and Africa. During the same year, FORSA was certified as a highly exporting company ("ALTEX") by the Ministry of Foreign Trade, as it sold more than 80% of its products in international markets. This certification granted the company several privileges in terms of taxation and customs. With this recognition, FORSA solidified its position as an international player and embarked on its journey to conquer the Asian market.

2007
BRAZIL CHALLENGE: Pioneering in one of the largest and most demanding markets in the world.


Facilitating all the necessary tools to make industrialized construction technically viable in such a demanding market like Brazil is an achievement accomplished only by successful world-class companies. Currently, we have a branch in this country, supported by excellent human talent comprising sales personnel, administrative staff, technicians, and operators, ensuring the provision of a Comprehensive Service. 2012
TRANSFORMATION: Plant expansion and state-of-the-art equipment

In 2012, we concluded a year with FORSA undergoing a technological transformation. We invested in the acquisition of CNC technology equipment and expanded our manufacturing plant to increase our production capacity. This expansion was supported by a high level of industrialization and continuous improvement in our design and manufacturing processes for formwork solutions. By doing so, we reaffirmed our commitment to providing our customers with the best construction solutions, a tradition we have upheld for over 25 years.

2014
INFRASTRUCTURE: Venturing into new products for new sectors


In 2014, FORSA made a significant entry into the infrastructure and building sector with new products catering to various segments. This expansion allowed us to undertake large-scale projects such as bridges, viaducts, dams, and more. CLIMBING SYSTEM - Creating a solution for vertical buildings

In 2016, we introduced a groundbreaking solution for vertical buildings: the CLIMBING SYSTEM. This major innovation by FORSA allows for the assembly and disassembly of a set of interconnected panels and scaffolding, covering large areas that can be lifted using cranes. The CLIMBING SYSTEM revolutionizes the construction process for vertical buildings, offering enhanced efficiency, safety, and flexibility. With this innovative solution, FORSA continues to push the boundaries of construction technology.

2017
ARABIA - First sale in this Asian country


In 2017, FORSA achieved its first sale of a FORSA PLUS system in Saudi Arabia. This marked our entry into a country with unique cultural, climatic, and geographical characteristics, where the construction market operates differently. However, our technology allowed us to adapt to the specific architectural requirements and details of this culture, such as unconventional window finishes, arched designs, facades with intricate carvings, expansions, and various architectural lines that are commonly used in the country. By catering to these specific needs, FORSA demonstrated its ability to provide tailored solutions that meet the demands of diverse markets.
